Fanart of Kinji Hakari from the manga Jujutsu Kaisen. Hakari is a character whose power revolves around gambling (Specifically, a subway-themed pachinko machine) so I included a jackpot in the background, with screentones and a cropped panel from the manga to add texture. The subway doors have motion blur to imply horizontal movement, and foreground effects like the lighting, twinkles, and lightning are to add energy to the piece.
